Packaging starts with brand and strategy — not with a pretty picture. I analyse your current situation, translate brand strategy into concrete choices of shape, material and appearance, and write the briefing that actually helps a designer move forward.

I don't design myself, but I provide art direction, guide agency selection and contribute to concept and elaboration. Throughout, I keep an eye on feasibility: production methods, material costs and planning are part of the process from the very first sketch.

From design to a producible end product

A good design stands or falls with the translation to production. I select producers, compare quotes and assess quality and risks — independently and without a stake in any specific supplier.

Technical specifications, print work, finishing and production requirements are documented to ensure unambiguous communication with suppliers. My specialism lies in carton packaging, HQ flexo, digital print techniques and labels. For larger projects I manage the full tender process and the first productions.
